If you make a booking with, we need certain details to complete that booking and we may need to pass some of those details on to a third party, i.e. a taxi company, if you request a collection from, for example, the airport.

How and why we use your personal data
When you book an apartment at Henley Havens, we will process your personal data in order to fulfil our contractual requirements to provide you with your chosen accommodation.
We interact with you in a variety of ways to provide you with all the booking information and support you require.
We may also process your data for legitimate interests meaning we may contact you with offers or news which we believe may be of interest to you. You can opt out of receiving such contact from us at any time.
We may use your personal data to respond to questions, queries or complaints and in order to process any cancellation refunds.
When making a payment for a booking you may wish to do this via a BACS transfer, or we can send you a secure link to make a card payment. Your payment is made via a unique one-time link where none of your information is stored and as soon as you pay the link is deactivated. This helps to protect you from fraud.
Your data is stored on secure servers and we use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorised access
Sharing your personal data
We will not share your data with any third party, except where an additional service is requested, for example a taxi service.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.
How long do we keep your personal data?
We keep your personal data for a period of 3 years after your last booking.
We may need to keep some data for up to seven year to satisfy our financial reporting
requirements to HMRC, however only data that is required for this purpose will be kept.
All data will be securely destroyed when it is no longer required.
